Los 5 pilares del análisis económico del derecho en la era post COVID

El presente artículo propone 5 pilares necesarios para hacer un real Análisis Económico del Derecho — AED: la narrativa jurídico-económica, los diagramas de causalidad, las ecuaciones matemáticas, gráficos en planos cartesianos y el uso y/o análisis datos. Mientras que muchos abogados se resisten reconocer importancia estos pilares, economistas separan entre quienes usan total o parcialmente no. enfoque cuantitativo es corazón todo económico, AED no excepción.
